FLO Media Viewer

FLO Media Viewer Server Edition is shipped with a light version of callas pdfToolbox. This allows our users to use pdfToolbox profiles for automatic preflighting of incoming PDF files. The returned errors (and potentially warnings) get visualized in the created viewer by using hotspots, grouped per type of error. The result is very much comparable to the masked PDF report of pdfToolbox itself, but does not require the end user to download the entire PDF file.

The version of callas pdfToolbox shipped with FLO Media Viewer can only be accessed through FLO Media Viewer, and does not create all of the reports the full pdfToolbox version creates. Developers get access to a very simple XML report (specifying the number of found errors/warnings) and the viewer itself to visualize the errors. Complete reports (in XML, HTML and different PDF formats) are available only with a complete version of callas pdfToolbox.
